This Privacy Policy describes how we process the personal data of visitors to this website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

2. What personal data we process

On this website, we process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us through a contact or registration form, in particular:

  • first name and surname,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • selected service option,
  • preferred communication language,
  • content of the message submitted through the form.

Fields marked with an asterisk or otherwise indicated as mandatory on the form are necessary for us to handle your enquiry. The message field is optional and is provided at your discretion.

We also process information about how you arrived at the website, such as the page URL, UTM parameters, campaign source or advertising campaign, where this information is passed along with your form submission. This information helps us evaluate which marketing channels are effective and where people interested in our services come from.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

We process personal data mainly for the following purposes:

  • handling your non-binding registration, enquiry or question,
  • communicating with you regarding the service option you selected,
  • sending you additional information about the product or service in which you have expressed interest,
  • keeping records of communication and protecting our legal claims,
  • evaluating website traffic and user behaviour on the website,
  • measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and advertisements.

We do not use personal data obtained through the form to send newsletters unless we obtain your separate consent or have another legal basis for doing so.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, if you contact us regarding a service or express interest in registration,
  • the legitimate interest of the controller under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in particular our interest in communicating with people interested in our services, keeping records of communication and protecting legal claims,
  • your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, where analytical or marketing cookies are used and where related website traffic measurement, conversion measurement or advertising campaign measurement takes place.

You may withdraw or change your consent to the use of analytical and marketing cookies at any time through the cookie settings on the website.

5. Retention period of personal data

We retain personal data obtained through the form for the period necessary to handle your enquiry, registration or question.

If no further cooperation takes place between us, we retain this data for no longer than 2 years from the last communication, unless we have a legal reason to retain it for a longer period.

If a contract is concluded or a service is ordered, we retain personal data for the period necessary to perform the contract and subsequently for the period required by law, in particular accounting and tax regulations.

Analytical data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for the period set in the tool’s administration, generally for no longer than 14 months.

6. Who may have access to personal data

Personal data may be made available, only to the extent necessary, to the following categories of recipients:

  • providers of web hosting, technical website administration and IT services,
  • providers of e-mail, form or CRM tools, if used,
  • providers of analytical and advertising tools, in particular Google Ireland Limited,
  • persons who provide us with administrative, technical or marketing support,
  • public authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

We have appropriate data processing agreements in place with personal data processors where required by law.

7. Transfer of personal data outside the European Union

Some providers of the tools we use, in particular Google, may also process personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

In such cases, personal data is transferred only in compliance with the conditions set out by the GDPR, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.

We use Google Analytics 4 only on the basis of your consent to analytical cookies.

10. Google Ads

We may use Google Ads on the website, a tool provided by Google Ireland Limited.

We use Google Ads mainly to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, evaluate conversions and optimise advertisements. This allows us to determine whether a visitor came to the website from an advertising campaign and whether they performed an important action on the website, such as submitting a form.

Within Google Ads, the following data may in particular be processed:

  • information about the website visit,
  • information about the traffic source and advertising campaign,
  • information about the conversion action performed,
  • technical identifiers stored through cookies or similar technologies.

We use Google Ads only on the basis of your consent to marketing cookies.

11. Google Search Console

We may also use Google Search Console to evaluate the performance of the website in Google search results.

Google Search Console provides us mainly with aggregated information about how the website appears in search results, for example which search queries the website appeared for and how many users clicked through to the website from search results.

We do not use Google Search Console to individually track specific website visitors.

12. Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have in particular the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,
  • request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data,
  • request the erasure of personal data,
  • request the restriction of processing,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • request data portability, where the legal conditions are met,
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
  • lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

13. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making takes place in the processing of personal data that would have legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

14. Final provisions

This Privacy Policy is valid and effective from 3 June 2026.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy if necessary, in particular if there are changes to the tools used, the method of processing personal data or legal requirements.
